She has developed a deep understanding of adviser businesses, with particular expertise in revenue structures and models. Analytical and solution-driven, she is passionate about bringing clarity and structure to buy-and-sell decisions.

Martha is a Chartered Accountant and Managing Director of Headspace, with extensive international and multi-industry experience. Having held senior executive roles across diverse sectors, she brings strong strategic leadership and commercial insight. With infectious energy and a deep belief in long-term relationships, she is passionate about building businesses grounded in trust, connection and sustainable growth.

With more than two decades of experience in software development, architecture and design — both locally and in Europe — he brings deep technical expertise and strategic vision to the financial services industry.
